Refund Policy

Islander is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you
received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Returns

All returns in case of cancellation or nonexeptance of order will only be accepted and refunded if items are returned back with no damage and in sellable condition. Minus the shipping charges

Exchange Policy

Exchange will be accepted if products are returned in less than 7 days in good sellable. The exchange value should meet the value of the replacement. If the replacement is higher value then additional payment is required.
